Billy Burnette (US)

1953 –

American singer and guitarist, born in Memphis in 1953, son of Dorsey Burnette and cousin of Rocky Burnette. He recorded rockabilly-rooted solo albums from the 1970s, played in Fleetwood Mac between 1987 and 1995 and again in 1997, and has worked as a Nashville songwriter. He appeared alongside Rocky on Paul Burlison's 1997 tribute album to the Rock and Roll Trio.
