British post-war rhythm and blues band founded in 1984 by the pianist Mike Sanchez and the multi-instrumentalist Andy Silvester, who were introduced by Robert Plant. They opened for Eric Clapton at the Royal Albert Hall and backed visiting bluesmen including Lowell Fulson, Lonnie Brooks, Carey Bell and Little Willie Littlefield.
