Cyanide Pills (UK)

2008 –

English punk and power pop band formed in Leeds in 2008 by friends who had played in bands around the city and wanted one that sounded like the first wave of British punk. They take after 1977 groups such as The Boys, Neon Hearts and The Vibrators rather than the Pistols or The Clash. Signed by Damaged Goods in 2009, they have released a self-titled debut in 2010, Still Bored in 2013, Soundtrack to the New Cold War in 2023 and the singles collection Singled Out in 2026.
