Rockabilly and country legend Carl Perkins, 'Mr. Blue Suede Shoes', plays Barcelona on his first tour of Spain, on Saturday 23 March 1996 at Sala Zeleste, backed by his band C.P. Express. Support came from Spanish rock 'n' roll and rockabilly acts Diana and the Rockatones, Chevy and The Hot Wheels, The Ascetics and Dr. Doc.
