The Shangri-La Record Hop is a monthly third-Saturday vintage vinyl night at The Bamboo Club in Long Beach, California. Resident DJ Madame X and guest DJs spin 1950s rock 'n' roll, doo-wop, rhythm and blues, surf and exotica for a 21-and-over crowd. The 15 August 2026 edition features guest DJs Rockin' Vic and Desi Dagger alongside Madame X.
