The twelfth Hangar Rockin' was held on 5 and 6 July 2013 at the St. Stephan airfield, the fifth edition in the Simmental valley. The bill brought The Rapiers from London, Swedish ska and rhythm'n'blues outfit The Beat from Palookaville, Portuguese soul and sixties beat act TT Syndicate, French rockabilly trio Jake Calypso & his Red Hot, Mark Harman & The Hot Rod Rhythm Boys and Swiss boogie blues revue Coconut Kings. The eight-strong Raunchy Rawhide Chicken collective ran the record hop, with Hans Friedensbruch and Traxman on the rhythm'n'soul floor.
