#7 Hangar Rockin' 2008
On stage
More info
The seventh Hangar Rockin' was the first held at the St. Stephan airfield in the Bernese Oberland, after six editions at Birrfeld in Aargau, and the first to run over two days, on 4 and 5 July 2008. Wanda Jackson headlined the Saturday, billed on the poster as Miss Fujiyama Mama, with The Fabulous Ottomans, The Starliters, Little Neal and the Blue Flames and Tony Marlow's Guitar Party. The Friday belonged to Slam & Howie and The Reserve Men and The Seatsniffers. The move also brought the 1/8 mile hot rod show race, live tiki carving and pinstriping.
