ROCKIT Party revives the rockabilly tradition of Hotelli Waltikka in Valkeakoski with a winter weekender from 5 to 7 March 2027. The hotel ballroom holds over 500 people, with room to dance in front of the stage and an upper deck overlooking the floor. On stage: Shaun Young and Little Rachel from the United States, Germany's The Round Up Boys and Cherry Casino and the Gamblers, Lew Lewis backed by the Finnish Tiptop Daddies, and Finland's own The Barnshakers and Ellis and the Angry Teens. DJ Butcher Pete and DJ Hessu Pirhonen play both evenings, and the Hip Shakers dance group teaches on the Saturday afternoon before the competition. Record and clothing stalls from Goofin' Records and VintagEija, plus the hotel restaurant, two saunas and a dip in the lagoon. Rooms can be booked at the venue, with more beds in Tampere and buses back at the end of each night. Over 18s only.
