33rd Hemsby Rock 'n' Roll Weekender, held from Thursday 30 September to Sunday 3 October 2004 at Pontins Holiday Centre, Beach Road, in Hemsby, Norfolk. The programme ran across two stages, the Ballroom and the Pub. Robert Gordon and Bop Pills opened in the Ballroom on the Thursday; Friday brought Wayne Hancock and His American Band, Link Wray and the Wraymen and Sugar Creek Trio to the Ballroom, with Rumba Kings and Rudy LaCrioux and the All Stars in the Pub. Saturday's Ballroom bill was The Bricats, Joe Clay backed by the Crackerjacks, Lee Rocker and His American Band and Gene Gambler and the Shufflers, alongside the weekender's talent show, with The Unknowns and Sugar Creek Trio in the Pub. Sunday closed with the jive contest, Go Devils, Bobby Hendricks with the Swing Kings, and Fuego Salvaje and the Bop Pills.
