First edition of the Festival International Rock'n'Roll, held from 9 to 11 April 2004 at Vergèze, in the Gard, some 15 km from Nîmes. The bill leaned heavily towards the Teddy Boy circuit and was headlined by Ray Campi from the United States and Crazy Cavan & the Rhythm Rockers from Britain. Friday 9 April: Johnny Jay & The Rollers, Rockin' Daddys, Blast Off, Hellcats and The Orientals. Saturday 10 April: John Jack & Jill, The Southerners, Grizzly Family, The Rollin' Miles, Black Raven, Orville Nash, Crazy Cavan & the Rhythm Rockers and Toppkatz. Sunday 11 April: Jungle Tigers, Rockin' Daddys, Long Black Jackets, Anabel & The Rock-a-Bells, The Doomsday Rockers, Nicky Peck & The Folsom Prison Trio, The Flying Saucers and Ray Campi. Spain was represented by The Rollin' Miles and Anabel & The Rock-a-Bells.
