Cultura Retro Fest — El Encuentro de los Clásicos fills the Centro Cultural Carranza in Jardín Balbuena, Mexico City, on Sunday 11 October 2026 from midday. Six bands play: Eddie y los Grasosos, back from a European tour, Kike Cadillac y el Club del Hombre Lobo, the surf of The Centellas and Los Black Valiants, psychobilly from Atomic Psychos and garage from Los Colosio's Dead, with DJs Cari Flowers, Bunny Sue, Dr. Robert, Tony Corleone, Eric Square and Omar Hakim. Around the music there is a classic car and motorcycle show, a cultural bazaar with records, tattooing, barbering and pinstriping, a dance contest and a Catrina pinup catwalk hosted by Lady Red Cherry. Admission is free with a kilo of dog or cat food: the day is a benefit for animal charities and for the Venustiano Carranza veterinary clinic. Promoted by Grasa y Gasolina and Hacerte Ruido.
