Maniacs Brewing Co. presents PSYCHO CARNIVAL FEST 2020, the 21st edition of the Psycho Carnival, a mainstay of the South American scene. The festival will be held from 20 to 24 February in the city of Curitiba, this time expanding its range of activities with shows at several different venues. Following recent years' format, the night shows continue at Jokers Pub, with late-afternoon matinees at Lado B, plus activities at the Ruínas de São Francisco (with support from Rádio Mundo Livre FM) and at the Gibiteca de Curitiba, blending music with the city's cultural activities. The 2020 lineup features 37 bands from 8 different countries. International acts include the return of Psychobilly legends Guana Batz, Dutch band Cenobites (celebrating 25 years), Poland's Freeborn Brothers (first time at the event, with their energetic gypsy rock'n'roll), California's Cigaratz (USA), Mexican surf band Los Ruido, Argentina's Ghost Bastards and Spain's 13Bats (back after an acclaimed 2018 show). Local Brazilian acts include Ovos Presley, Os Catalépticos, Frenetic Trio, Hillbilly Rawhide, Mullet Monster Mafia, Tampa do Caixão, Kingargoolas, Skizoyds, Bad Luck Gamblers, Asteroides Trio, Mongo, Voodoo Brothers, Spitfire Demons, Luiz Fireball & The Good Lookin' Boys, Marzela, Terremotor, Jubarte Ataca, Fish'n Creepers, Barbatanas, Psycho Daime, Davy e os Jones, Ska The Men, Ed Woods, Rabo de Galo, B.O.D.E, Big Bull and His Selfish Band, Grade, Cigarras and Jagatiricas, coming from across the country.
