The Blue Cats, one of the most important and influential bands in the genre, are coming back to Eindhoven for a lesson in real rockabilly! Formed in 1980, the group is a 'neo-rockabilly' band from the very first hour. The records Wild Night and Fight Back belong in the record collection of every music lover — and certainly in that of the rockabilly and psychobilly fan. The band split up in 1992. Eleven years later Steve Whitehouse (Frenzy) joined and The Blue Cats rose again like a phoenix from the ashes. Today The Blue Cats are still an exceptional rock'n'roll band.
