Marked by tragedy this month (the boss, Crazy Cavan, has passed away), we come together to celebrate the anniversary of ATOMIC R'N'R CLUB, a very special date for us: 14 March 2020 at Sala UPLOAD, Poble Espanyol. We have prepared a concert by "the kid" Lewis Jordan Brown, pounding the piano Jerry Lee Lewis-style, this time with Choppy (one of Europe's most respected double bassists) and a chorus of artists representing everything Atomic has aimed for since it opened on 14 March 2019: Connie Rocket, Big Eddie, Little Martha, Twang, Moises Sorolla and Aurelio Morata, and of course our resident DJ Mr Rock-Ola Jordi. We also present one of our future signings from the UK, the remarkable Southern voice HEIDI PEARL, aka Little Miss Elvis, brought over with the help of our friend Peter. It has been a fine year in which we brought the best R'n'R we could find to enjoy together here in Barcelona, without waiting for the summer festival season. Acts featured over the year include Little Martha & the Truckstoppers, Anita O'night, Charlie Hightone & the Rock-It's, The Jets (40th anniversary), La Perra Blanco Trio, Stray Pigs, The Tin Cans, The Deltas (for the first time in Spain) and Lewis Jordan Brown, plus DJs Don Diablo, Rock-Ola Jordi, Pepe Seven Wheels and El Lagran, now joined by Morata, Sorolla and Heidi Pearl (Little Miss Elvis).
