Tiny Grimes and the Rocking Highlanders (US)
American R&B/jazz group led by electric guitarist Lloyd 'Tiny' Grimes (1916-1989), active roughly 1948-1952 and known for a kilted stage gimmick. The band featured tenor saxophonist Red Prysock and helped shape the jump-blues-into-R&B sound of the early 1950s.
