Two-day rock and roll revival presented by Russ Gibb at the Michigan State Fairgrounds Coliseum in Detroit on 30 and 31 May 1969, with an original poster by Gary Grimshaw now held by the Detroit Historical Society. Rock and roll pioneer Chuck Berry topped a bill that otherwise gathered Detroit's late-1960s underground and avant-garde scenes, including MC5, The Stooges, Sun Ra, Dr. John, Johnny Winter, the Amboy Dukes and the James Gang.
