The seventh Rhythm Riot ran from Friday 21st to Monday 24th November 2003 at Pontins Holiday Centre in Camber, Sussex. The bill was led by doo-wop group The Cleftones and by Big Al Downing, Frankie Miller, Lazy Lester, Young Jessie and Billy Lee Riley, with a one-off Memphis blues show featuring Jimmy Eaves, and the festival's own house band, the Rhythm Riot Kings of Rhythm, playing across the weekend. Alongside the music the weekend offered an indoor rodders and restorers autojumble, an indoor rockin' and retro boot sale, the classic and custom car cruise, a 1950s barber and hairdresser, record and clothing stalls and Rhythm Riot TV.
