The tenth Rockers Rule, billed as the festival's ten years anniversary, held on 18 and 19 August 2023 at Via dello Sport in Torsa (Pocenia, Udine), Italy. Friday from 7pm brought France's The Evil Teds and The Avengers from Britain playing their original line-up. Saturday opened at 10am with DJ sets, a cafe racer and classic bike meet, a vintage market and an American classic car reunion, and continued from 7pm with Italy's Hellcats celebrating their 30th anniversary, Lou Cifer & the Hellions from Germany and a special tribute to Crazy Cavan by Mr Cool & the Crazy Rhythm Band. Bob Burgos and Miss Vanny Rockandy hosted, with six DJs across the weekend. Free entry and free camping.
