SKINNY ROCKIN' CHRISTMAS 2020 Time to see off this hard year with our Christmas Party. Normally there is a support band and a headliner, but for this special year-end edition we present six hours of Rock & Roll with two headline bands and a top DJ, all recognised among the best on the international Rock & Roll / Rockabilly scene. CHERRY CASINO and THE GAMBLERS (Germany): Formed in 2001, they played their first concert in August 2002 at the famous Brandenburg Weekender in Werder/Berlin, a huge success that grew their fanbase and kept them touring ever since. Their sound blends early rhythm'n'blues, rockabilly and furious rock and roll. Their first release, "Let's Play Around" (February 2006), was followed by "Fat Mama's Daughter" (2008), both on Rhythm Bomb Records. Live, the powerful guitar and saxophone stand out. If you like the frenetic rhythms of Big Joe Turner or Wynonie Harris, this is your band. CARLOS and THE BANDIDOS (UK): Since 1994, one of the leading English bands and regarded as the best Mexicali/Rockabilly band. Regulars at European and American festivals for years, their sound is simple: great rockabilly to enjoy without compromise. See for yourself on 12 December. DJ DAVE MUMBLE (UK): One of the scene's favourite DJs, a regular at the Rockabilly Rave (UK), Hemsby (UK) and Viva Las Vegas (USA) festivals, and an organiser of the Brighton Tattoo Convention among others.
