Georgie Fame (UK)

British singer and keyboard player, born Clive Powell in Leigh, Lancashire. Signed to Larry Parnes' stable as a teenager, he was sixteen when he toured Britain in 1960 on the Anglo-American Beat Show with Gene Vincent and Eddie Cochran, billed in the programme as 'new singing-pianist'. He later led the Blue Flames.
