The second edition and the first to run over two days, presented by Welcome Records and the Sun 50's Rockin' Club with the collaboration of the Ajuntament de Balaguer. The programme billed it as the 2on Weekend Internacional de Rock 'n' Roll and advertised 50's rockabilly, rock 'n' roll and doo-wop, with activities and concerts running from eleven on the Friday night through to six on the Sunday morning. Six acts played, from England, the United States and Balaguer itself. Admission was 3,200 pesetas on the door and 2,800 in advance. The weekend also carried a record, clothing and accessory market with tattooists, open-air lunches and dinners at popular prices, a meet of Spanish and foreign motorcycle clubs with competition, exhibition and games, and a rock'n'roll dance-couple contest with prizes.
