The 15th Hot Rod Hayride was held at the Bisley Shooting Centre in Brookwood, Surrey on 28-30 July 2023, with an optional extra camping night from the Thursday. The Music Marquee bill across Friday and Saturday was Smokestack Lightnin' (Germany), The Revs, The Drugstore Cowboys, Toto & The Raw Deals, Link Bat & The Bat Rays, Junco Shakers, The Rhythm River Trio and Harry & The Hounds, with DJs Little Carl, Simon Preacher and Deano between sets. The late-night clubs in the Bisley Pavilion were the Hoochie Coochie Club with DJs Craig Simpson and Skinny Jim, and Brighton Rumble with DJs Dave Mumbles and Trev Collins, plus burlesque from Cherry Shakewell and Baby Daisy. Alongside the music ran the pre-'66 show field, the Detonators Dust-Up at Tongham Raceway, the Demon Drome Wall of Death, the Sunday soapbox derby and a flea market and autojumble.
