Larry Parnes' Anglo-American Beat Show at the Globe, an ABC theatre on Stockton-on-Tees High Street, on Wednesday 24 February 1960 — 'ON THE STAGE FOR ONE DAY ONLY', twice nightly at 6.15 and 8.30. The Globe's poster billed 'THE SENSATIONAL DOUBLE STAR AMERICAN ATTRACTION IN PERSON': Gene Vincent, 'backed by the Fabulous Wildcats, by kind permission of Marty Wilde', and Eddie Cochran, 'hit recorder of Summertime Blues and C'mon Everybody', with 'also Vince Eager & the Quiet Three plus all star show'. Seats were 7/6, 6/-, 4/6 and 3/-.
